What is Vibrational Sound Therapy?

Vibrational sound therapy (VST) is a relaxation modality that can balance and retune your body, mind, and spirit, encouraging relaxation, healing, and wellness. When our bodies are provided the right environment of balance and homeostasis, they have an incredible ability to heal itself. Vibrational Sound Therapy is a wonderful tool to help our bodies get out of the stressed state (fight or flight) and into the more balanced, relaxed state where healing and re-alignment can happen. 

 

What is Breathwork?

Breathwork is not merely inhaling and exhaling air; it is an intentional structured approach to breathing that taps into the body’s innate ability to heal and rejuvenate. With roots in ancient traditions and modern science, breathwork encompasses a diverse range of techniques designed to optimize respiratory function and foster profound states of healing, emotional release, relaxation, and vitality.

I practice trauma informed breathwork practices, recognizing the importance of creating a safe and supportive environment. This approach integrates principles of sensitivity, empowerment, and consent, ensuring you can explore your breath in a manner that feels comfortable, safe, and empowering.

  • 60 Minute Session

    Enjoy a 60 minute therapeutic vibrational sound therapy session with grounding work.

  • 90 Minute Session

    Start the session with some breath work and grounding followed by a flip session with a 30-minute VST session on front and a 30-minute session on back. We will complete the session with a clearing meditation and an energizing session in the grounding bowl.

  • Breathwork Sessions

    Enjoy the benefits of a breathwork session. Can do a 30 or 60 minute session either in person or virtually on zoom.
