Breathwork Sessions
The breath has the ability to heal what the mind cannot.
The Breath is the link between the mind and the body. It is a profoundly therapeutic healing modality that clears mental, emotional, and physical blockages like stress, tension, and trauma that is held in the physical body.
The power of breath is incredible - it can bring peace to the chaos, calm to the storm, and stillness to the soul.
Not local?…Breathwork sessions can be experienced in person or online.

Before Your Session:
Please come to the session with an intention. Having an empty stomach is best to maximize your
comfort.
During Your Session | In Person
If attending an in person session, please feel free to bring any items that might support and comfort you such as a water bottle, favorite blanket, essential oils or crystals. I will have a massage table set up in my office with blankets, pillows and an eye mask if you prefer to just use those.
During Your Session | Online
If attending an online session, please try and set up a comfortable space free from distraction and in a safe place to lie down. As the energy shifts throughout a breath session, many people have temperature changes and so it may be helpful to have a blanket nearby. You may also want to have an eye mask and ear phones on hand if that may support you in minimizing the distractions around you. You may also want to have a journal handy to jot down any ah-has at the end of your session.
You will need to set up your computer or phone in a way so I can see your whole body throughout the breathwork session. This helps me to be able to better support you throughout the process.
