Enjoy a 60 minute therapeutic on body vibrational sound therapy session with grounding work.

90-Minute VST & Breathwork Session
Enjoy starting the session with some breath work and grounding followed by a flip session with a 30 minute VST session on front and a 30 minute session on back. We will complete the session with a clearing meditation and an energizing session in the grounding bowl.

Multi-Day Intensive
Many clients find it helpful when going through significant transitions or challenges in their life to schedule a series of sessions over three to five consecutive days. This package is available to clients who have experienced at least one full VST session with me. We can work together to create a package that fits your needs and provides the support you need to get through your transition. These packages can combine breathwork, VST, sound bath, meditation and energy work.

Sound Bath
Immerse yourself in a transformational sound bath experience that combines soothing vibrations and harmonic frequencies from crystal bowls to promote relaxation and inner peace. During the session, you will be guided through some gentle breathwork techniques and meditation to help you ground and drop into the body. Each sound wave washes over you, promoting a sense of balance and harmony within.
Sound baths are perfect for private events such as birthday parties, bridal and baby showers, corporate events, girls night, or even a couples date.
